most auto parts stores should have one. Last one I bought was like 10 bucks brand new with 2 keys.

or you can order thru LMCtruck, brothers etc.

I know I have a bezel in the garage, saw it yesterday.

Never thought to try the parts stores. I get so used to the balnk looks on the faces of some of the employees when I look for old stuff that I don't even bother sometimes. Might give that a shot.
