Fram to WIX cross reference.

I need to use a tall oil filter for my engine and the Fram PH16 is what I was running but now I want to switch to WIX and I see several different cross references for the PH16 to WIX filter.......... I just need one that matches the height of the tall Frma PH16 filter. Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind. I got it. I had a Fram PH13 not a PH16.... so the WIX reference to the PH13 would be the WIX 51060 filter.

if napa swap the 5 in the beginning with a 2 and you get silver mid level filter. if napa and want prem filter drop the 2 and just go 1060.

Warning - the silver filter is not a Wix or doesn't seem to be. Better than a FRAM but definitely not a Wix.

Also, they're redoing their filter part numbers. Anything starting with 1 is going to end up as a 7 something. Ran into this last week when I was getting a filter for the Tracker.

I forget the number of the Wix 2 qt. filters I used on my trucks,they list it for the
C-60 & larger trucks....I'm thinking 51896,but dont hold me to it...

It's been a few years since I sold Wix filters,but I thought the 51061 was the equvilant to a PH13 Fram...I could be wrong!..

2 quart Wix filter for older BBC & SBC is 51794. Napa number 1794. That is the one I run on my BBC's.

They gave me the WIX 51060 and it semed to match up height wise to the Fram PH13.
