I noticed a problem when I removed my front bumper the other day. Here are some pics.

How do I straighten the frame....if even necessary?

Notice the rivets are popped on the spring hanger and the frame cross member. Only one rivet for each piece is broke but I am not sure what to do. I would think clearing the hole and using bolt/nut would work but the bend puts new stress in there. suggestions?

I am putting 52s up front. Not sure if it makes any difference if the bend stays or not. Notice the Shims between the body mount and body.

Remove everything and straighten the frame with a crescent wrench. It be ugly though.

could tell its had a hard it before. look at the leafs. slight ( s ) shaped bend in the leafs. not a even smoth slope. that stock negitive arch leafs do.

cut the body mount and hangar off......straighten the frame and put some diy4x b52 brackets back on.. problem solved

Thanks for the replies. I was planning on putting 52s on the front anyway so the mount has to come off. I will try to clear the frame crossmember rivet and bolt it. Hopefully I have a big enough crescent wrench...or something similar.

I missed the "S" shape in the leaves. Definitely there though.

I'm sure this repair has already been done but for future reference for others, a large pipe wrench (or a medium size if you are a large person) works well, I think better than a crescent wrench.
