Frame flex is normal, just depends on how much you have. Some rivets could be loose, in which case knocking them out and replacing them with bolts would be in order.
Shot/ soft body mounts can make frame flex look MUCH worse than it really is.
Your frame could have been damaged/ weakend at some time.
Without more info thats all I can give you. Get underneath the truck and tell us if anything looks weird.
