When I worked at a Toyota dealer we occasionally would get frames shipped in, it was always on a freight company (sometimes bare frame, sometimes crated). We used AAA Cooper (Jacksonville Fl to Mobile Al) but I don't how far their delivery territory reaches.
AAA Cooper also delivered very large and/or heavy crates for Motion Industries - but I don’t know if they are nationwide or not.
