Frame off Restoration of an 89' K5 Blazer

Hey guys new to this forum and haven't been here long enough to get around. I bought an 89' out of Florida. while it is the car i bought and restored is virtually the same as the one i bought in 87' when i was 16 a lot has changed. anyway if anyone has a source for parts and such I would appreciate you sharing the info. At most of the GM parts houses i find the parts to be discontinued which strikes me as odd since it is basically a silverado truck, their highest and best seller of all time. Thanks in advance.

Keep n mind the very last square built was 26 years ago. GM generally continues to stock OE stuff for 15 years past the last production of something they once sold.

So, eBay and search for NOS...prepare to open your wallet.

Or become friendly with your local junk yard. OEM stuff out there.....
