I would love them for my 4Runner SR5 but car currently sits on 17" rims and I don't have 18" on hand. And I don't have means to store them currently .

Is your Toyota 6 lug?
I have some 6 lug 18" wheels and tires and I am soon going to be done with them.
We might be able to make a deal.
And I could give you the rest of the stuff I still have for the k5.
I might even be able to pick them tires up for you if they are not too far off my path
