kind of like primer, it is a coating that comes on the panels when you buy them, I didn't paint it though. If I am correct it is put on electromagneticly and serves as a rust prevenative for the shipping and recieving so they arn't shot when people buy them. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
