Free to whoever wants to come take it off my hands. It's the origional dash pad out of my 1990 V3500. It had some kind of stitched pleather covering that was layered on top of it (that's no longer there). That white stuff is a layer of padding that was below the covering. It's in pretty piss poor shape, but I figure before I throw it out, one of the bros might want it. It you're looking for a dash to recover or do some fiberglass work on, you can't beat the price.
