Obviously they are a device used to frighten away animals, you guys remember those right, these are just a homemade version, howls.
Yes. This is a vintage 1976 West Texas Edition Howling GM hood that needs a new home. Od green beer resistant paint and the holes are in fact howlers - which is the shiznit for coyote huntin. Warms them up a little before you blow the dying rabbit call. Very rare, once in a lifetime deal for somebody. My loss your gain.
