Freebie winch needs repaired PIC

A friend of mine said he had a warn winch that needs some work that I could have for FREE! So yea I went and got it. Its about the size of a 12k but i realy cant read anything on it. The case itself is broke, heres the pic of the break.
How do I fix it and where would i possibly get a new part or 5?
