Fresh air vent in cowling broken

I was pulling the cowling to seal up inside and had to take the fresh air vacuum thing and plastic door out. Being 27 years old, the plastic that moves is broken. any source for this part or has any one just made or fixed this. anyone else even know what im talking about. lol.

1984..if you could, that would be sweet. save me from fabbing up something. Its the plastic that is broken on mine.

Jus so there is no confusion and/or incase anyone hasnt seen one, this is what is in the cowling on the passenger side.
