Friday im ordering......

I have one sitting in the garage , working on a bumper now , I can't wait either!

Only used it once so far, but seems like a solid product, especially at the price point

MINE HAS A POWER WASHER!!!!!

:D

@Kain , I'm not good with memory. And build threads. How are you mounting it?

With a steel plate 3/8 inch thick. Ill make a install thread when i get it.
But its going behind the stock bumper.

Cool, I like the look of a stock bumper with a fairlead on it.

you couldn't pay me to buy cheep winches .

boss at work let someone con him in to a 400 buck hf badlands 12k winch to just roll cars up on the flatbed car trailer.

3 trips and it wont free wheel . the brake or something is locked up solid .

and I work at a tow shop and the boss/owner has been towing for 40+ years .

its to much cheep crap flooding the market these days .

I have 2 warn 8274 and a ramsey 8k hydraulic .

there is no way i can pay 1400 or 2 gs for a winch, wish i could. i would have my fuel injection i want already

got all mine for smoking deals on c-list .

400 with warn bumper and 8274 .

450 shipped 2nd 8274 with new cable member here few years ago .

new ramsey local c-list deal 1/2 price of new and its new never had a bolt in it .

I always liked the idea of a winch, but hated the look of most winch bumpers. Picked up a K20 recently. Has a old school winch and nice winch bumper. Can't wait to get it off the front of my truck!

I can't help but think, a winch behind my factory bumper would be short lived. Wouldn't the crap they spray on the roads eat it alive come winter ? (Wish I was in Texas most winters!)
Any guys from the northeast ever mount one down low?

Same Warn 8274 on my Blazer since the early 80's. Still have it (my dad was the original owner), still works awesome. Fastest winch around, and they pull harder than they're rated for (comparing real life experiences).

I literally would not trade my 30+ year old Warn 8274 for anything on the market under any brand now (yes, I know they still make them, hopefully they're as good as they used to be).

I have an old Warn 8274 on my trailer, it's a workhorse for sure.

I ended up buying an engo. Haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, but reviews on it were decent - there were some early run problems and those are straight. The only real failures I've heard of were from mud penetration.

Looked for an 8274 for months couldn't find one locally. They do have some neat upgrades for them, dual motors and such.

Mine's an Engo. Probably won't run into a lot of mud issues. lol.
