Friday night Sand Drags Movie

I'm working on a longer movie that shows everything from the whole night but I put this one together first since it's one of our own.
JDNobodi was out in full force with his sweet blazer on paddles putting the spank on everyone! He took home 1st place in his class!

Congrats man!

I'll work on getting the other one up tomorrow.

I was surprised how well they came out too. It's just a little Olympus digital camera we took them with. We found a way to bump up the quality a little but it sucked up quite a bit of space on the card so we kept it there so we could film as much as possible.

So was that the engine builder that was with you guys in the pits?

Maybe I'll try to make it to one of those sand drag events before the year is over.

The next sand drag event is July 31st... we'll be in Pismo otherwise we'd be there again. It's a great event, well organized and they don't try to rip people off. $10 to get in the gate and food/drink was really cheap.

There three races left in Lemoore. We finish racing around Midnight and packed up and and on the road at 1am. We got home at 4am. Next time, we're talking about renting a room.

There are other races someplaces else in the fall but I can't find the schedule on the NSDA site.
I don't think I have the money to go though.

Lemoore is the cheapest to race at, and heads up too. But no prize money.
