It would be alot easier to just swap the outers to 8 lug and keep your current axle. I'm assuming your current axle has the correct gears to match your rear.

im goin 4.56 and im currentley runnin 3.73

Gotcha. I'd be careful running 4.56 in a D44 or 10 bolt unless you are easy on the skinny pedal and aren't running anything larger than a 35" tire. The pinion gear becomes too small with those axles once you start getting into 4.56 gearing.
