Front axle help

82 K5 Full time 4wd. Front hub cover leaking, leaving some droplets on outside of wheel. Resembles oil? Tightened hub cover torx bolts,wiped it off drove it for an hour thought that solved it. I drove it a couple days later more droplets on rim and just on left front.

You cannot tighten the cover on a full time 4wd they snap in place. You have auto hubs and I am assuming you are leaking something from the hub onto your tire? There is only grease in there so I would take the hub off and run a bead of rtv around the hub and around each screw to seal it up.

If that is not the drops you are talking about then maybe a dog peed on your tires
