Front axle truss with bolt on skid plate, how to..

Ok so i want to truss my front diff but i cant seem to figure out a way to do the truss and be able to put a bolt on skid plate on it just in case i need to take the cover or take the third member out.

The only way i can think of is to weld the tube under the axle and weld 4 re enforced tabs under the pumpkings 4 corners and botl the skid plate underneath

Any more ideas.

I am assuming you are thinking of a diff only skid plate and not a full front plate.

Yeah diff only (pumpking)

But whats the diference in both of them?

A pre-runner skid plate is mounted to the frame and is used to keep the truck from digging in. The diff. is for rock protection.
