Front black trim

Y’all have any particular paint you use for the front black trim? I need to paint the headlight bezels. I’m guessing the grill will look like crap after that so will probably end up doing that too.

looking for something that’s a pretty close match to the factory color (I don’t know how black that is because mines so faded) and something that’ll last

You don’t want to paint that trim, don’t know how you could get paint to stick to it given its shape. I had two Avalanche’s and this stuff was mandatory to keep all that plastic cladding looking like new.

Refinish Restore

Apply with a wax applicator, goes a long way, last for months. Not sure how the chrome insert will react so either test it somewhere of just keep it off.

You can’t paint the black part of the headlight bezel? That’s disappointing. I don’t think the shine juice for black plastic will work on mine because it’s already too far gone under the headlights & park lights.

maybe I’ll just pick up some new bezels. I don’t think they’re that expensive
