Front blinker working erraticly.....

My passenger front blinker in the grille goes out and then comes back on. I looked at it tonight and when i tap the bulb with my fingernail it goes out and then back on. How do I fix this problem?

dirty connector? or loose somewhere?
maybe the blub is going?
