should I skin it with fenders, put sheet metal from tubes down to frame, leave front end exposed? need some ideas on what would look best and function best. radiator is 3" lower than body so hood is gonna slope downwards. Was gonna put like a cowel induction scoop off to one side for the Brake booster to fit up in.

I would put the fender skins and hood on. I would just make it quick disconnect for maintenance purposes.

how can I get em rigid (fenders)without adding a bunch of brackets and supports of of frame and tubes, so they aint floppin around?

The only way I know to get them really rigid would be to mount the complete fender to brackets. You could come off of the body with some 1x1 and run it to the rad support and mount the fender to that and the rear would mount to the stock location.

I thought you may be using it for trail use only since contemplating leaving the front end off.

yea just for trails, occasional mud bog. want something that will come off easy cause they are just gonna get tore up anyway. Ive got the hood cut down most of the way, just wanst sure how to or what to use as fenders

IMO, run the skins and weld studs or bolts to the sheetmetal. Four bolts per fender will hold them down just fine.

Run as much fender as you can, it will still look ok with the fenders slanted down ;)
