Hello all, so I have a beat up front clip thats getting replaced soon. Funny thing is, it looks like the one I have now is all one peice, like there are no visible seams between the feders and vallance, all one peice, vs.......the new clip has of corse seprate valance, hood latch...etc. Is this easy peasy? Just wanted a couple tips before I start ripping things apart. Any advise is welcome, thanks :thumb:

only thing i can think of is someone boned / body filler / welded that area up and made it look like all one unit.

that is not factory. pull the headlight bezel and look behind and see what it looks like . should be a bolt or 2 back in there. or a seam of some kind.

worst thing you might need a new filler panel for that style nose.

also your side marker should be up/down on there now for 73-80 body style nose . yo got a non factory fender side marker on there in the wrong position.

need to dig deeper in this .

ditto, there are a couple bolts that the core support attaches to the fender with, look for those inside the fender area from underneath the inner fender.
