front d60

Just picked up a front 60 and tore it down. I need suggestions for build up.

Im thinking 35 spline outers new ujoints, arb and 5.13's to run 44"+. I also have a 1410 pinion yoke. Should I use drive flanges or manual locking hubs? Is there a special socket for the pinion nut?

Anyone need a set of 4.10's and carriers? Willing to trade.

Looks like he needs that stuff.

Everything else sounds good. I'd run drive flanges unless you are planning on daily driving this thing on 44"+ tires. Socket for the pinion nut is nothing special, I think it's a 1 5/16". Not 100% though.

I think I may need a specialty socket for the pinion. SOmething thin walled.

A standard chrome 1 5/16" socket in 1/2" drive should work ok. I have a Snap-on thin wall impact socket for impact use and it has fit any yoke that I have tried it on.
