Just posting pictures of the one I worked on today in the shop.

3 1/8" wide piece of 3/8" plate. Going to box in the section to the left of the differential tomorrow, and finish weld it onto the axle. Also going to make a setup that goes between the top of the diff cover and the truss for some forward/back support. Debating plasma cutting in some type of design to the boxing section, I likely will.

Axle is a narrowed Dana 44 out of a Ford(duh). Has Chevy outers to get the 6 lug setup we need. Reason? Its going into the 1995(not certain of year really) Toyota Tacoma behind it. With a set of a 2.5" King Coilovers and triangulated 4 link.

I must say, the more I do this stuff day in and day out, 8 hours at a time, the quicker days fly by and the happier I am :D
