front drive shaft

will it hurt anything to drive with the front drive shaft out i pulled it to cahnge the ujoints out but the oh so smart guys at pepboys sold me the wrong ones oh and does anyone know the part #'s of hand for brute force ujoints for a 76 jimmy th350/203 d44 and 12b i went to autozone online and it gave my the same # for all of them is this true

i dont think i'll hurt anything to drive without the fr. drive shaft but i donno myself the nparts number for those u- joints

if 203 with out part time kit wont go unless in lock. not for sure tho.

full-time 203 case? It is ok for a short period, but the "lock" mechanism on the case is not meant for long term use. You want to get it back in asap.

seeing that u have a 203 i would not brive it w/ out the frt shaft. u could if u had to, but be sure to put it in high-lock

well its been converted i have manual hubs up front i just drove it around the block in lock and not in lock i see no difference and its only going to be to work and back about 20 miles total but is there a difference with the shaft out then with the shaft in with the hubs unlocked?
