I have had many driveshaft problems. I have 465/205 combo with 1350 u-bolt style yokes on both ends. 56 in springs in the front with all leafs besides overload. I built a 1310 square driveline when I had the old yokes and had zero problems. when I swapped to 1350 my t-case side is hitting on the new driveline I had made. is that too much angle for 1350? I read somewhere that 1350 can only have around 20 degrees and 1310 can have 30. do I need to swap to 1410? or is some people running a non cv front 1350 square driveline with zero binding problem? (my truck is not at my house so I cannot look to see if my yoke is too short or my driveline tube is too large)

I run a square tube 1350 front shaft with ttb axle shaft yokes with my 465/205 combo with no issues. You might be able to clearance the shaft a little with a grinder to get rid of the bind? If not ttb yokes have a lot of clearance and can be found pretty cheap in a junk yard, I think I paid $15 for mine. Good luck

Ford twin traction beam front suspension, its a mix of a solid axle and independent suspension. The ttb 50 has 1350 u joints so the axle shafts can be cut down and used as yokes

rearry? the dana 50 or 44? and youre talkin about the inside yokes right? not at the knuckle area or whatever.

Its the ttb50's with the 1350 u joints, and they use them throughout the entire axle. They are external c-clip yokes too, so basically they are just a drive shaft stuffed in a axle housing. The shaft on the right is the ttb50, you can kinda see they have a lot of room.

Here is my driveshaft, I have no close ups of the yokes though sorry.
