Front dually rotor Torque spec- Help please!

I can't find it in any of my books anywhere. They're 9/16 coarse, grade 5 bolts that hold the rotor on to the dually hub. If nobody knows I'll tq to 115 (from my general spec book), with some locktite.

I think spec is higher on coarse bolts, but don't quote me. I think 115 with loc tight would sufice.
