Front end swap

I have tried searching but can't find the info I need. What is involved in swapping an '88 K5 nose to the newer 92 and up style like on the Tahoes? Any info would be appreciated.

Haven't heard of anybody doing that. I guess 92 would be considered "3rd gen." Alot of people upgrade to a 89-91 style grille and dual headlights. I'm working on that myself. The 92 was a complete re-design so I'm not to sure how fesable it would be puting a 92 or newer front clip on a 2nd gen.
