front fender removal/ adjustment

my drivers side door/ fender is aligned perfect while the pass side is not. causing it to bind! tryed adding and removing door shims with no success maybe the fender needs to be pushed forward is this difficult? also my stricker bolt wont loosen . its a shame cuz the rest of the body is arrow straight!

check the door hinge bushings, when they wear, the door drops a little and causes it to hit the fender when you open it.
