Need quick answer before lunch if possible.
What is the size of the front leaf spring, front mount, bolt. I had to cut one out and left the good one at home to compare. I know its about 5" but whats the dia. I need to get this at lunch to finish the install tonight. /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

Front springs= 9/16 at front 7/16 at shackles and frame
Rear springs= 9/16 (all)
Bushings and sleeves are 3" wide (all)

Yup, ORD uses 1/2" bolts. That's a step up by 1/16" on the upper bolt (the one through the frame), but a step down by 1/16" on the lower bolt (the one through the spring). I opted to drill out the lower shackle holes to 9/16" so I could use my existing spring bushings and beefier 9/16" bolts. I guess I'd like to see ORD make both upper and lower 9/16"...but, I don't run the company, so I don't get to make decisions like that. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif
