front locker for 10bolt or dana44

okay comping down to lockrite or mini spool.

would a minspool hurt anything up front over a locrite?

lastly were their different splined shafts on 83 chevy 10bolts(3/4ton front axle)

That year 10b should still have the more popular 28 spline shafts. Around '89 is when they started switching to the 30 spline version.

I would run a Lok-Rite over a mini spool, just my opinion.

Run the loc-rite, i welded my front diff up, i don't like it, it is very hard to steer on the trails, at least with the loc-rite, you can put it in 2wd when you can to steer with ease, loc-rites only engage when your on the gas anyways.
