Front seat swap in Burb

Has anyone tried to replace the captain's chairs in a suburban to a later year 60/40 benchseat? I think that I've seen an adapter before, just wondering if anyone has done it yet and could provide some feedback. Thanks

My old 76 burb had a 60/40 split bench from a 95 taurus in it. The previous owner did it tho...fabbed up some new mounts and welded the mounted to the floor, then bolted the seat to the mounts.
