Front Shackle Question

on my 75 blazer i have the superlift suspension leaf springs. Will i have to replace the bushing in that to make the shackles work? Or will the bolt just slide through?

The kit comes with bushings for the top and bottom and you need to use them because the bushing & sleeve combo is what lets you use the 1/2" bolt.
