I ordered all new shackles and bushings from ORD and the bushings for the shackle end of the front springs seems crazy small. All the other bushings are 1.5", but the shackle end ones are 1.125". Is that right? These are intended to go with some custom ORD springs which haven't yet arrived.

1-1/8" is the stock size for the back of the front springs, it's what all of the aftermarket uses as well. This is for spring/frame clearance, so you don't need to use a really long shackle that messes up other things.

They are a bit more of a problem than the bigger ones because they're smaller, it's also why you'll see an ORD prefix on the bushing. We spent a good bit of time and effort to make that bushing as durable as possible and spec'd out our own compound to make those bushings hold up better :thumb:

Thanks Chris. I figured it was probably correct, but I don't want any surprises after the springs show up.
