Ok so i was under my truck today and noticed the front spring rear hanger bolt that goes through the frame broke anyone else have this happen.

Never seen that happen. Simple fix though, standard bolt you can get anywhere.
except i can't get it out so i will get new bushings and make new shackle i went to turn in the shop heard a loud pop thought nothin of it started to look at stuff to do and found that 
just wondering if anyone else has seen that.

You can't get it out? Try unbolting the other end of the shackles to loosen things up, use a BFH of course. How exactly is it stuck?
no the bolt and the steel sleeve are stuck together besides i could use some new bushing so tomorrow i will just use the hot wrench
