I think you must be talking about the negative arch in stock springs. It's normal, so it shouldn't be anything to worry about if the springs are still stock.

But just to clarify.. you mean sag up, like in the shape of a frown.. with the middle of the spring higher than the ends? If so that's supposed to be that way on stock springs.
