ord has 2 kits listed for front sway bar bushings .

73-80 with new frame side brackets for the bushings to bar .

and 81-91 with out and different style bushing at frame to bar .

I talked with chris over there our ck5 vendor support here for ord .

he said every thing the same bar wise just the frame stuff.

truck : 80's k30 frame with 1tons .

any major reason I cant just use a 73-80 kit on a 81-up frame . ?

I have no hardware for the 81-up frame stuff.

this will be going against the norm of us removing them . but its for my plow truck with a 850-925lb plow on the front 8ft or 9ft depend on snow removale needs .

thanks for any real world input . I know I tend to answer a lot but now I am stumped . as I have only removed them in the past :D

Is this for the bushings that sit in the little brackets and tie the bar up to the frame? I'm guessing you are not replacing the ones in the ends of the bar.

The auto zone by me has these one the shelf in several sizes and all the brackets I've seen have a stretched oval hole to make them sort of universal. That is what I'm running on my k30. They are made by poly performance so it even could be what ORD has.

Fwiw my poly brackets were a little different than the stock ones, but maybe you're running rubber.
