I've seen this vent in old JC Whitney catalogs. They don't know what I'm talking about now. It attatches to the center vent and splits into two hoses that go to the back seat. If anyone knows where I cane get this please help. Also, If a full size 87 jimmy came with a factory transmission cooler, was it attatched with brackets? Can the engine oil cooler be used for a xmission oil cooler?

Factory transmission coolers were generally integeral, built into the radiator, and were not separate units.

Dealers may have installed external coolers, but from the factory floor, you'd just have an extra set of hookups on the radiator.

IOW, expect to do it yourself -- and it's not hard.
