So 87 K% with serp belt swap R4 compressor and new ac lines to work with compressor. I can not find a damn seal that will work on this compressor tried line 8 seals tonight and all freaking leak.

All I want is this to freaking work so I can do something else besides same project night after night with all little interruptions I keep having in life.

Anyone know correct seal part #????

Did you inspect the mating surfaces for dings and trueness? Do A/Cs need special seals to be compatible with the refrigerant? And which seals are you replacing?

yes parts are new. need seals that on the lines to compressor.

Using 90 K5 lines and compressor I think need to recheck part # to verify is 95 C1500.

Please post picture of sealing washers you are using. Just looked a the compressor that I have mounted with hoses, pressure port is Green thick washer and a silver thin washer on the return. This compressor was on one my 1990 TBI Engine. This is an R4 compressor. The bolt holding the manifold, torque is 50 NM or 37 FPS as best i could find. The manifold should not mate to the back of compressor, it should have a slight gap.

Check to see if pressure port hole is deeper or the same depth as return

It should be obvious looking at it, but the R4 compressors used either the washers or the O-rings to seal depending on the year. I think the washers seal better, I had to re-torque to connector when I used O-rings.
