For sale: 1985 GMC Suburban 1500 4x4 w/ modded 350 V8 and automatic trans. Noisy Pete Jackson gear drive. 20" KMC XD Series Monster wheels. Rough Country suspension - 6" front and 8" rear (to avoid saggy appearance). Was going to be the base for an expedition/camping truck, but my wife got a new job and we need something more fuel efficient. Willing to trade for Honda, VW, Audi, Saab, or Volvo - or $1500. Needs some work to be 100% ready and comfortable as a daily, unless you're pretty hardcore. If you're looking for a tough truck that isn't necessarily pretty, this is it.

Too bad I am not close enough to get this.
I will be in Denver on wednesday but I live in CA and to get it here will cost me too much.
It's what I want though.
And I have the wheels and tires to go with it.

Yup, it's a shame to see it go out this way, as it's a decent truck. But, the bills need to be paid, and I can't afford to keep sitting on it.
