FS 1991 GMC Jimmy FULL VERT K5 in Boise, ID $6500
The time has come to part with my rig for now, I hope to have a K5 again in the future but need to thin the herd for the time being.
1991 GMC Jimmy K5 V1500 original 5.7 fuel injected 190K
NO rust!
Original dry eastern Oregon Park Ranger truck for the first ~120K with a stack of maint logs 1in thick
Doesn't burn oil and always starts up first crank, makes decent power for TBI
Manual windows and locks but has working Cruise Control,
Early 2000s Pioneer stereo with Aux in and newer speakers in front doors
Converted to Full Convertible 5 years ago using windshield header and door parts from 1974 K5
Soft top AND Full hard top from 1974 K5
Rollbar
Manual Hubs
Limited Slip diff 3.73 I believe
Blue Leather seats front and rear seats from '97 Suburban w/ some cracking in drivers side but presentable and comfortable, retains rear flip up for tons of bed space.
16in Aluminum rims
I've owned it for 6 years. I don't think it's ever been wheeled and I just used it to drive around town and Home Depot.
This rig gets lots of looks and thumbs up and it's basic a classic convertible + 4x4 truck. I just run the soft top year round and the heater keeps it plenty warm. It's not a show car and needs some small cosmetics here and there but it's an awesome driver.
