I'm selling my transmission/transfer case combination. Both are freshly rebuilt with less than 2000 miles on the setup and function perfectly. I simply upgraded to a 4L80 and Magnum box earlier this year, and this combination is now available.

The transmission is a 1990 model 4L60 built using the "Beast" Sunshell, Raybestos friction material and additional clutches in the 3-4 pack, all new GM planetaries, upgraded pump, and "towing" servo. Comes with heavy duty brazed fin lockup low stall torque converter. Also installed is a heavy duty TCI finned aluminum pan, and I'll include a spare sump filter or two.

The transfer case is a 1991 NP241 passenger drop unit. It was one of the few years that transfer case was available with a mechanical speedometer, and so it swaps directly into older model trucks with NP208s. It's low range is 2.72:1. It was completely rebuilt in early 2013, including a new 6 pinion planetary, drive chain, bearings, and seals. It has a 1350 u-bolt yoke installed on the front output, but I do still have the factory CV flange available.

Price for the combination: $800
Separated: transmission is $500; transfer case is $400
