Hate to let her go but life has changed and the family demands something a lil
larger. She comes w/ a 77 roller to provide a replacement rust free tub as she has a few issues in that dept. from life in NB well before i got here. Has a nice stereo with a bass tube hidden under the rear camper sear. Seats were recovered in the last few years and comes with 2 sets of 31-10.50's. Both sets on rallies...mud tread and highway tread for summer. A/C was working unitl the compressor let loose while the wife was out camping with the kids this summer.
Ball joints and front brakes done this summer also as i am anal about maint on her as she is the back up go anywhere work truck....
$5,000 or best offer.

1974 K5 Rust Free Cab...roller. Bought to restore as finding a rust free cab is a hat trick to say the least. Previous owner bead blasted frame...primed with euro prime and three coats of ERF in black. (ERF=End Rust Forever). Body still bolted to frame with wood slates for the transport from az. to co. I installed new 4 inch front springs...used gear box...steering shaft and column to get it on the trailer. Has the harness and a/c box etc. in cab along with the hood. Doors are oem with donor cucv green hinges there again to get home as one unit.
$1000 or $1500 with brand new int he box never opened soft top.

1990 Jimmy. Bought this runner to provide donor drivetrain and wiring for the
1974 full vert project...if interested $2500 for the pair with soft top. Comes with 33" BFG all terrains on some rare old school center lines....
$1000

And last but not least...for the 2wd crowd...

1979 K5 2wd roller. Body is rough with rot but she comes with an 80 K5 roller to provide a good solid body to start with.
$500

1978 K5 2wd. Runner. 350-Th350. Non-A/C cab.
$1000

No on both accounts.

Soft top will go with the 74 as i am considering trading the hard top for a used 4wd poptop camper in dire need of repairs.

And no i will not part the motor out of the 90 Jimmy. A motor from GM runs $12-1400 these days with zero core. A local rebuild is less but doesn't come with gm's warranty.
I have a 88 tbi motor that was originaly in a full size van...and i yanked it out of a 83 CJ7
i am working on for a friend. It needs a set of bearings...and a lifter or two but i'd pull the cam to inspect. It was running but i discovered it needed a timing chain as its 180 out while doing a major tune up...so we decided to put a new motor in her. Point being its under the work bench and can be yours for $100 if you want.

Ditto. Watch, dremu will buy his back...

Dremu can buy it back if he wants to, I have it for sale. :o

I really don't want to sell it, I love it but anything that I can sell that gets me money so I can keep a roof over my head, I will do.
And don't anybody quote this the way I know you guys will. :)

I believe post 8 answers the soft top question rather well. If i recieve any more dumb questions about the soft top and your question gets ignored...go figure.

I have a complete front clip for a 90 burb in the field as well but alberta is a tad far away i'd think. There was a junk yard i visited in alberta (calgary) south of our shop on 52nd st. se that had what you are looking for a few years back.
