Hey guys, I have a 71 K-5 and I have had problems with my fuel tank before, and starting to have bugs again... I am tired of messing with it, so, Find me a fuel cell, with sending unit that will work for me, along with everything I need to install it.

Here's where it gets tricky.

I am going to install it behind the rear seat in my blazer, and want to be able to use my stock filler location, and want to be able to fill the cell without opening the tailgate/removing the top.

any help is appreciated! Time is money!

You actually have a k5?? :haha:

I would think that the current location of the fuel door would be lower than the tank... what about plumbing it in so you can access the filler by opening the passenger door? VW vans have been doing it that way for years.

haha yeah I have one. Depending on which cell i get, hieght won't be a problem. my filler tube comes through the quarter panel fairly high, so I'm not too worried about it.

Not too hot about having to open the passenge door to get to my filler. :haha:

Oh yeah, What's with all this AN fitting crap? I just want standard 3/8 fuel line!

wow. Ive been on this board a while now, and I dont think Ive ever seen you post outside of the shooting range.
