Fuel Cell ?

So i have a RCI fuel cell without a sending unit in it. I need to put one into it for obvious reasons. it is RCI model number 1322G it's the 32 Gallon one i got at summit.

How the hell do i put a sending unit in this thing? I take it i will have to cut the pretty red case but once i do that how will i get the sending unit to be secured in the tank?

Well, they do sell ultrasonic level sensors that you glue to the outside of a plastic tank............

Never thought about it, but I suppose it would work. They sell them at RV places to monitor the levels in the water, grey water and black water tanks.

I think I have a kit out in the shed somewhere. I was going to install it on my oil tanks for my offshore boat.
That way I could monitor the remote tanks for my twin two stroke engines.
But, gas prices and other considerations have trailered it perhaps permanently.
