fuel gage

My fuel gage is off. It works just fine except for the fact that it is not centered. Full is way past the fuel mark and empty is at about 1/4 tank. I was just wondering if there is a simple fix for this or if i need a new sender or gage. Thanks for any info.

Use search for 90 ohm dianostic procedure.

if it moves just fine other than that i would just take the trim off the clear plastic lense off then pull the needle off and move it 1/4 tank then you should be right on.
