fuel gauge!!!!

My fuel gauge does not work. I can not find any wires running out of the fuel tank, and I am not sure if it is the original? does anyone know how the gauge works???

I got three extras... need one??? you pay shipping... and say 5 bucks for my time and it's yours... I have all the guages and alot of extra's and all the plastic pieces and stufff...

Pink is wire to cab (typically) ground wire is probably attached to the frame somewhere in rear. Drivers side on cars FWIW. If it reads full all the time, bad ground.
