need in some help. i brough an 80 k5 blazer and love it. always wanted one. sorry for vering off but i have a fuel leak. i belive it is the return line. its the line all the way on top above the 3 lines together. i tried just tube cutting the line and replacing it w rubber fuel line, well that didnt work so well, then i notice i needed to flare the end. i used the standard brake flare and that didnt work. what kind of flare it this? how can i make this flare? does anyone have pics?

should i just buy new line or longer rubber line w the plastic jointer peice. just need a quick fix untill i tear her down next spring 2 replace it all.

thanks adam

I got fedup with the rusted fuel lines on my 81 Burb and just replaced all the fuel lines with rubber gas hose and was done with it.
If it leaks put 2 clamps on both sides. That should work.

same here with the rubber hose. two clamps work fine, try to have them facing opposite directions (set screw on either side).
