Hi, I hope I’m posting to the right place. Just picked up a 1994 K5 Blazer that needs some love. Runs great but the brake lines and fuel lines are really rusty. I’m gonna order the 10 piece brake line kit from online tube to save myself the hassle of flaring. My question is, for the fuel lines, I can’t see spending 400 dollars on prebent fuel lines. Does anyone know the line and fitting sizes for the feed and return line? Anyone have any experience using preferred lines from the auto parts store? Thank you

The lines are 16mm and 14mm for the fuel lines, but not surprised at the cost of that if it’s both lines front to back

On my '90, where the line enters the throttle body, there are some little white nylon washers that are easy to crush if they aren't in straight. Once they are crushed or deformed, you will have a fuel leak at the throttle body. I've never been able to find them for sale anywhere, so be careful as you hook the lines up. No teflon tape, you shouldn't need it anyway. As you feed the line through the frame and up by the transmission, I took the fingers from a couple of latex gloves and taped them over the ends of the line to keep dirt and debris from getting into the line. Other than that, patience and don't push too hard!
