I used to run the 350 TBI and the fuel pump sent out 10-15 psi.

Now I have the 454 Vortec and the pump will send out 45-60 psi.

1. Is it a good idea to run bigger fuel lines because the pressure is so much higher or is the stock 350 TBI lines ok to use?

2. If bigger fuel lines are better, what do you suggest to use for the lines? Hard lines? Rubber Hose? AN fittings?

just the 3/8" feed . some say upgrade to 3/8" return for less restriction . but if the sender is still 5/16" then it wont matter .

There’s a non skive braided that’s not stainless, uses AN fittings.

If using the stock tank pickup, its only 3/8" and the pump is 3/8". What is the diameter of fuel rails, probably max of 3/8".
