It's not a fix but some people put tranny fluid to make it thicker, but that is usually just to diagnose a weak Injection Pump, I wouldn't know what it would do with prolonged use.
And I knew from the title you were from a French speaking country, pompe is in french, pump is in english :waytogo:

yeah i,m from a french provance,in canada. dad is english i went too english school, mom is french and i live in a mainly french place. i do get mixed up sometimes! i had tried atf last tank didn,t seem to do much. next tank will be 2 stroke mixing oil!!! if i start it every day its ok, for now! pump is only 4 years old ,and has less that 15000miles on it. i guess thats what you get when you cheap price on a rebuilt.

now don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure theres transfer pressure in the pump at that shaft seal. either way opening your fuel tank cap is not doing anything for you. as theres a transfer pump between the tank and the engine.

I think its not a big issue to replace that oring though.

i was thinking that the pressure in the tank was transfering into the return line. but come too think off it there is a check valve on the pump. so probably doesn,t help! seems too leak less thought since its slack. it leaks real bad on start up and almost stops when warm.its moose hunting next saturday and i have a week holiday and will need the jimmy.its park for the rest off the winter after that !

well it got worse toke intake off last night, and pulled the shaft out .o rings were dried up broke when i took them off the shaft. not to sure what i will put for o rings. i have a kit with black ones and a kit with green ones, the one on the shaft were red or orange! got to install tonight, holiday for a week starting saturday need the jimmy then moose season opens saturday:laugh:!!!

install the black ones they fitted better. it stop leaking. fuel shop is 150 miles away! didn,t have time will phone the guy later have him send the right ones, i will install this winter.
